The challenge
As Noble Insights scaled from a single-client consultancy to managing multiple concurrent engagements, off-the-shelf CRM and business tools could not keep pace.
Contact management, invoicing, timesheets, project tracking, and client communications were spread across separate SaaS products with no integration between them. The operational overhead of context-switching between tools was consuming time that should have been spent on client delivery.
Our approach
We designed and built Pantheon from the ground up as a full-stack application (PostgreSQL, FastAPI, React/TypeScript) with 15+ core entity types covering the complete business lifecycle: contacts, accounts, opportunities, projects, tasks, timesheets, invoices, and communications.
We then added agentic capabilities — AI agents that send and receive emails autonomously via bi-directional Gmail integration, handle phone calls via Twilio, and manage scheduling through Google Calendar sync. An activity tracker provides a unified timeline across all entities, and every data grid supports filtering, advanced filters, grouping, sorting, and custom column views with server-side pagination.
The outcome
Pantheon now runs all Noble Insights business operations in a single platform, replacing 8+ separate SaaS tools. The agentic capabilities mean routine communications — follow-ups, scheduling, initial outreach — happen autonomously while maintaining a complete audit trail.
Contact data is auto-organised as new information is learned. The system is being developed with intent to licence as a standalone product.
